1. Reservation & Token Deposit

To confirm a vehicle reservation on any of our tourist routes, we require a **secure 10% advance token deposit** calculated dynamically by our booking system:

• The remaining 90% cash balance must be settled directly with the assigned driver on arrival or at the start of your journey.
• All transactions are subject to verification via cryptographic Razorpay digital signatures. Bookings are only finalized once the payment status registers as `SUCCESS` in our databases.

2. Cancellation & Refund Rules

We strive to keep our cancellation parameters highly favorable to travelers encountering unpredictable mountain weather:

• Free Cancellations: Full refunds of your 10% token deposit are processed if you notify us at least **24 hours prior** to the scheduled pick-up date.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations requested less than 24 hours prior will forfeit the 10% advance token deposit, which is distributed to compensate the local driver.
• Weather Disruptions: If J&K National Highway traffic control restricts entry due to landslides, avalanches, or security protocols, we will happily reschedule your ride at zero premium cost, or process a full token refund.

3. Tolls, Parking, and Valley Union Policies

We guarantee flat-rate pricing to prevent unexpected expenses:

• Our total estimated fares **include state entry taxes, highway tolls, and standard airport parking charges**.
• Local sightseeing Union rules apply in specific zones (such as internal snow taxi segments in Gulmarg/Pahalgam). If secondary local transport union cabs are needed, their pricing is outside the scope of our booking and must be paid locally.

4. Customer Responsibilities & Conduct

Travelers are expected to adhere to basic safety codes during transit:

• Luggage counts should not exceed the stated capacity limits of your selected vehicle.
• Passengers must carry government-issued ID proofs required at highway checkpoints.
• Our drivers reserve the right to refuse service in the event of unruly conduct, substance abuse, or acts that threaten safe highway navigation.

5. Liability & Jurisdiction

All vehicles operate under certified commercial permits. While we ensure peak maintenance and premium driver records, Travelancer Kashmir shall not be held liable for personal injury, theft of personal items, or delayed schedules arising from landslides, force majeure, or political lockdowns.

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
